Twice a year, as part of our performance management process, progress against your set goals will formally be reviewed. As you and your line manager engage on this, spend some time reflecting on and unpacking your growth areas. Below is an overview of the performance management process, scheduled to take place mid-year and at the end of the financial year.

Keeping line of sight of your goals and continuously monitoring your progress against these goals are important input into what you need to prioritise.

Follow the link below to our Performance Management e-learning module which includes important information on our performance management philosophy, goal setting, continuous feedback, and the mid and end-year review processes.

As a Group, we encourage each of our employees to update their career profile on MyWorkSpace. Updating your career profile yields several benefits, of which the most important are:

  • For yourself, connect with your career and reflect on your aspirations.
  • For your line manager, share key information on your experience, skills, and aspirations that will support future career conversations.
  • For your career, a shared view of your aspirations, development, and growth needs between yourself and your line manager.

Access the myWorkspace platform and click on “Employee File” and select “Career Profile” to update your career profile information.
